Greetings, Jubilate and Touring Choir members:

I hope you're all having a wonderful summer!

I have signed us up for a State Fair performance time on Thursday, August 21 in the Colony Theatre Cabaret.

It is an indoor venue which is very nice and we'll be sharing the time with Cantora Arctica. I plan to bring in a digital piano. Our performance time begins at 7:30 p.m. and ends at 9 p.m. We will receive complimentary admission to the State Fair and a meal chit for each performer. ( A meal chit is a voucher towards food at any of the fair vendors--I think it's $6 per person). You can arrive at any time during the day and receive free admission and use the meal chit.

Will you please respond via email if you will commit to performing at the State Fair on Thursday, August 21? I'll need to secure the correct number of passes/vouchers for each participant.

We will need to arrive at the Colony Theatre building by 6:45 p.m. and be dressed in our casual uniform--red polo, white sweatshirt, black casual pants, black belt, white socks, white shoes.

I will be having a rehearsal that week for all participants--I'll wait to hear from you before I schedule that rehearsal!!

P.S. I'm working on finalizing our 2003-2004 concert dates and then I'll be sending out the fall start-up letter. Auditions for the fall will begin mid-August. Fall Semester will begin the first week in September.
